Self-testing in the prepare and measure scenario

I am currently trying to understand under which conditions we can translate a non local game into a prepare and measure scenario. Hopefully this will be interesting for different reasons: theoretically, it is connected to foundational questions; practically, it would allow us to translate many self testing protols in easier experimental realisations.
